TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick is pleased to announce that Gregory C. Yadley, Partner in the Tampa Office, was principal Chair of the 33rd Annual Federal Securities Institute at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Florida, on February 5-6, 2015.  In addition, he submitted an article and made a presentation on “The Importance of Accredited Investors for Small Business Capital Formation.”  The Institute, a major advanced level securities law symposium, featured leading practitioners, members of the judiciary and officials of the Securities and Exchange Commission to discuss the cutting issues of securities regulation and litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
