TAMPA, FL – As previously announced, Tampa Partner Gregory C. Yadley was recently appointed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a member of the agency’s new Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee. At the Advisory Committee’s inaugural meeting on May 6, 2019, in Washington, DC, Greg was elected Secretary of the Committee.
The Committee is designed to provide a formal mechanism for the Commission to receive advice and recommendations on Commission rules, regulations and policy matters relating to small businesses, including smaller public companies.
