Scott practices in labor and employment law and workers' compensation law.
His workers' compensation practice experience includes representing numerous employers in all phases of workers' compensation proceedings, both administratively and in court. His labor and employment practice experience includes counseling employers on labor and employment issues and representing clients in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and arbitration proceedings. He also has extensive experience defending employers in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge actions in both federal and state courts. Scott has significant experience in representing both private and public employers in collective-bargaining matters and in union organizational drive campaigns. He has successfully defended employers in numerous intentional tort cases.
