John S. Inglis


John's principal areas of practice are real estate development, commercial financing and leasing transactions, community associations, zoning and land use, and environmental law. He has extensive experience in representing real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and operating companies in all phases of real estate and secured transactions. As to residential projects, he regularly represents clients involved with master planned communities, resort properties, condominiums, mobile homes, subdivisions, and apartment complexes. With respect to commercial projects, John regularly represents clients involved with shopping centers, office projects, office towers, franchise locations, and health care facilities. He also specializes in leasing transactions and title insurance matters, and the representation of community associations.
