  • Strategic planning
  • Legal compliance
  • General corporate matters

Additionally, Greg’s practical, yet positive and creative approach, paired with his extensive experience in securities matters, including advising clients with regard to their private and public offerings of securities (initial public offerings) and their ongoing disclosure obligations, enables him to facilitate his client’s business objectives and achieve a solution where parties are aligned.

When Greg is not practicing law, he enjoys engaging with and teaching other lawyers and law students. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a frequent lecturer, and a member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee.
